0.1% doesn't seem much, however, What would horribly, catastrophically, go wrong if it was off by 0.1%?

The universe. It is incredibly unlikely that a universe like the one we live in would have the right conditions to make life hospitable. This specially because of the gravitational constant, the very specific properties of carbon and the way elements are spread throughout the universe (hydrogen being the most abundant and denser, more radioactive elements being rarer) as well as the uniformness of the universe which appears to be homogeneous but has enough differences in density to create planets and galaxy. The odds of a universe like ours existing have Ben compared to that of a monkey writing the complete works of Shakespeare by typing random letters on a keyboard on first try.
