1.3 million shield DPS

I already stated that with D3FNC you only get the Master Mod i.e. the heal-over-time when no damage is taken, and a base 10% damage increase / decrease, which can then be modified by gear mods; Gear mods can then increase damage via Ballistic Shield by up to an additional 16%, giving a maximum score of 26% increased damage.
My statement was that with the D3FNC set, you can get a maximum of 26% increased damage from the Ballistic Shield Skill; In order to get 36%, you need Mod: Assault Shield which is not applied to you if you're using the D3FNC 4pc like I am.
 
So yes, I do know how the actual shield buffs work. I'm not against being questioned, but please don't provide misinformation in a counter when you, yourself, clearly don't understand how the set works. P.S.: it says it directly on the talent that only the master mod is active with the set.
 
 
At the same time, it's possible for you to be at 36% Weapon Damage Increase if you're running a booster shot, D3FNC 4pc & no gear mods related to Ballistic Shield Damage are in your gear. Without a D3FNC build, so like, with Sentry, you can, of course, have 36% Weapon Damage Increase from Ballistic Shield w/ Assault Mod.
