1 In 3 Tim Hortons Customers Say Their Opinion Of The Chain Is Worsening: Angus Reid Institute

Not surprising. Their baked goods are no longer fresh or even good. Their soup is often watered down. Their coffee is probably the worst I can think of. Everything else is either terrible, overpriced, or a combination. Their service has been steadily getting worse, and I stopped eating at tims when I realized my orders were often wrong or slow or both.

The only thing I still go to tims for is steeped tea. That's it. And it often takes 5+ minutes (not including the times when it's not ready). I get my coffee from McD's and food from literally anywhere else.

If I'm hungry and tims is the only thing open, I simply don't eat. If someone gives me a free tims coffee, I decline or dump it.
