$1 Dinos! If Frontier allowed players to vote for new dinos and released one every few weeks as $1 DLC, would you buy them?

I'm not sure about that. That suggests Frontier uses cookie cutter methods on their dinosaurs, and aside from maybe the Ornithomimids, I don't think Frontier did that with their dinosaurs based on their claims that each dinosaur was individually worked on so they could have things like unique AI between dinosaurs. Of course, I mean that lightly because we don't know the extent of how they worked with each individual dinosaur. But cookie cutting it, that's cutting corners, that's cheap. I feel like you're oversimplifying it, especially with how dinosaur variations can go to the extremes. These models are VERY detailed, and I find it really hard to believe something like they just took the velociraptor model, changed it a little bit then called it deinonychus.
