1 month calisthenics and proper diet and Intake (also I know I’m not hot shit, my day 15 post had people low key hating like “you’ll hit puberty soon” and “meh, alright but real progression takes years of dedication bud”) but this is just a place to track my progression, maybe get some help

Thank you I really appreciate it! For start I weigh 145 about, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast but that’s it for eggs, other than that I eat zero artificial sugar that’s a big part, sugar free granola, lots of fruits, and some vegetables, zero sugar Greek yogurt(triple zero). I also eat rxbars which if you don’t know what they are I’d say give them a try for sure, I can add you and send you a picture of the products in it if you’re okay with that. I actually don’t eat much meat, maybe a grass fed steak per week, I actually rarely eat chicken maybe 200 grams every couple weeks. A big part of this might be that’s it’s all natural and non gmo though!
