For start I weigh 145 about, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast but that’s it for eggs, other than that I eat zero artificial sugar that’s a big part, sugar free granola, lots of fruits, and some vegetables, zero sugar Greek yogurt(triple zero). I also eat rxbars which if you don’t know what they are I’d say give them a try for sure, I can add you and send you a picture of the products in it if you’re okay with that. I actually don’t eat much meat, maybe a grass fed steak per week, I actually rarely eat chicken maybe 200 grams every couple weeks. A big part of this might be that’s it’s all natural and non gmo though!
