Yeah, not all people are good people, this doesn't just mean that we should refuse to cooperate with anyone else in the world because 1 in 100,000 of them might be bad. Please Please Please don't think like this. God I actually felt a dizzying migraine when I first read this, haha. It's like you are so fucking thrilled that a group of people you don't like did a bad thing so that your view is justified. By this logic why the fuck would you ever leave your house? There was a mailman once who was a serial killer and those guys are fucking everywhere! I get we all want what is best for the country here, so though we disagree on some shit we do have a common goal and that should unite us. It's just I happen to think being good to the less fortunate, such as refugees, it's a vital human responsibility. I know I'm not going to change your mind, just please keep an open mind and be empathetic. God I'm so thankful I wasn't born in one of these countries that happened to be an active warzone, and when I try to leave it people tell me to fuck off because I'm dangerous.
