10 days in. Need advice.

Ok so I've just read all the comments but none of them fully explain why/ are coherentwith the original thesis of the carnivore diet?

Maybe coherent wasn't the right word but I thought the whole point of carnivore is bc grain and plants are an evolutionarily recent invention that's supposedly less nutritrious than meat that mankind has hunted. So where does milk and olive oil fit into all of this?

I mean comments say there's one or two potential symptomps/detrimentral things in milk/olive oil but the Masai (sorry if at all cliche), drank milk as adults right?

I mean, I just thought that we should question everything because that's the basis of the diet (besides trial and error elimination). Comment if im missing something big like a link that people aint linking.
