Im not sure I understand this logic here.

"If you dont like 1 shot snipers in a game maybe you should go play a game you don't like with 1 shot snipers! instead of the game that you do like that doesn't have said problem you dont like!"

I dont like the AWP in CSGO because it's unmodderated in deathmatch which is what I play the most in any FPS game.

Anyone can pull it out, and usually when one or 2 people do the rest of the map does because everyone's getting instagibbed left and right.

Quake doesnt have that problem... so I like quake more.

So why would I go play a game where sniper weapons can be overbearing and irritating when I have a game where the sniper weapon doens't feel overbearing and irritating?
