I don’t think most of them have a choice at this point. There are clearly elements within the police force that are ok with murdering minors and protestors. What do you think they’ll do to subordinates that don’t do what they’re told and their families?

It’s not like the cops who disagree with any of this can just up and walk away, the government knows who they are, where they live, where their families are etc.

I would not be surprised if there were also small elements in the police force arresting the most at risk people on the streets and taking them where they can’t be seen and telling them to stay the fuck away from the hot spots. At this point the government has the entire police force either held hostage or on a rampage and all of the cops need to fall in line or face have themselves and their family suffer the same fate as some of these protesters.
