We just got that comcast alert #1 notice today, and i closed it so it wont show up, will it show up with 2nd notice later in the week? I do not use torrent, besides the usual textbook, but that was last year and majority of the textbook i dl directly from 3rd 4th 5th party sites. The only 2 people in our household that wold dl movies with torrent is my 2 brothers, My oldest brother who also pays for COMCAST, dls the most, new shows, movies, recently come out. Because he is careless and leaves his comp on all the time, i was able to take a peek at what he was dling. He also already been warned by comcast 2 or more time.

-1st time i noticed, a show called Alpha he was flagged by comcast, and was mailed a letter to our house. -2nd time i noticed, when we got a comcast DNS or browser warning,"something about comcast being in our network, this is before the alert system came out. And sure enough a lawsuit packet came to our house, it was a mass lawsuit targeting our IPS and numerous unamed people, but the suit was eventually quashed. This time he was dling a PORnographic/film,advice video.

I suspect he either dled before he went on vacation(he is unware of this), or my other brother who also dls shows and videos. But my older being the prime suspect, because of his repeated offenses. He dls more than 1 thing through torrents at a time, and leaves the comp on all day. He is currently unaware of this, since hes on vacation in europe right now. Since i closed, does it mean they know understand read the notice? i know this, because i always hear him watching the latest shows on cable like SUITS, or something USA network, as well as some Movies.
