I had a factory job like this. They started giving people a Sunday off every two weeks at least lol 5pm-5am. I had to start seeing a therapist & had a failed suicide attempt, was in ICU & then psych ward for about 2 weeks… Their hours weren’t the worst of it though. When they shut us down for Covid for a couple months it was the best time of my life. Almost 5 years of my life spent at that place and I will forever be grateful that I finally got away. They let someone get away with sexually assaulting me and then when I went into HR to tell them I quit they had the audacity to try talking me out of it! The same man that told me he wasn’t going to do anything about someone putting their hands on me without my permission tried talking me into staying at that place. I was shocked. & people there love joking about how most people will go to the bathroom and never return…. I don’t blame them!
