Fair enough. In my experience 6’3 isn’t that tall, and regardless, even a 6’10 guy who wasn’t good was less effective than a 6’5 guy guarding him.

While it was a dream as a kid, the money here isn’t great unless you’re at the top so it’s a labour of love. I’ve played with and against many players in juniors and adult comps better than me who didn’t play pro but being able to dedicate your life to bench player in a low paying league, training and travelling, you need more passion than sense. Still, most people don’t understand how different the levels are from awesome player at my local club, semi pro, pro, high level pro, nba, nba star. Each one of those steps is enormous.
