Hi Op, For a second I thought that maybe you had flipped this picture on your phone, but then I realized that the words "United States..." were in the correct orientation.
What I mean is that even though this is a common, if old, Indian Head penny, the face is pointing the wrong direction. That means this was incorrectly struck during minting and is very valuable.
Just a quick search on google shows that the last "backwards-facing" Indian Head penny fetched close to $32,000 at auction back in 2016 and was no in as good condition as this one.
I recommend going to a reputable coin dealer and having it assessed because nevermind I'm kidding it's just a old penny.
