A few sources, Project: Lazarus and The Dying Days, suggest that Seven lived for about 250 years as well, which makes sense given his appearance in the TV Movie. Eight (briefly) reset his age in Vampire Science, aged 100 years over the Earth arc novels, and 600 years in Orbis. And though War claims to be 800 close to regeneration, that doesn't leave much room for him to age from the younger man in The Night of the Doctor to the one we see in The Day of the Doctor, at least not without some time/age manipulation. Which is why it seems possible that he reset his age again, possibly fighting in the Time War for another 800 years.
