Wow you’re the second person in this thread to have a similar body composition and measurements!! My whole weight loss journey, and life in general, i have NEVER met anyone who could relate. It was so hard trying to search for people on the internet like this or explain to anonymous people in threads that I was pushing close to being underweight yet still looked fat without people saying I had an eating disorder! I went from 120 to 113 doing strictly cardio and still eating at a healthy deficit, still looked how I did in my left photo, and when I decided to halt all my cardio for 4 months, eat in a slight surplus and strength train.. it changed EVERYTHING when I went on my following cut. major major body recomp right here! I also am questioning the credibility of the bmi scale because I reached a point where I was eating healthy, was said to be underweight at 113, yet looked like how I did in the left! I definitely want to ask a professional about this and show them my photos to get their input! I appreciate you sharing that though, I’m so happy I decided to share my story because because looking like that at 120 pounds did so much damage to my mental health
