I hope that they are dumb enough to fight this all the way to the supreme court and force a SCOTUS decision to clarify this

the only way roe v wade can be over-turned is if their is a new ruling about the 14th amendment is made that forces SCOTUS to look back on any previous rulings and then decide if the correct ruling was made initially... and if it needs to be over-turned to reflect the decision of the newest ruling
