15+ hour Tournament days need to stop

It's funny everyone think just on the person from the spotlight. But nobody think about the people behind the scene. I saw people saying : just 4 days per year. It's not really like that. The people behind the stage need to be there at least with one week before to put all setup on feet and start the event. Need to construct the stage, the production (sometime they don't receive the transportation with the equipment on time). Making test (and i'm sure everytime equipament had probleme). Also the show start to 10am for example, but like any event, the stuff should be there with 2 hour before. After they finish with the broadcast and another area need to stay to fix the problem from the during the day. Anoter example: Production stuffs - every image and sound you see in twitch are directly control it by that people, even a second of distraction and they can screw an entire moment. They need to stay always concentred for at least 20 hour per day and have a lot of sleepless night (so they just sleep on chairs or floors with any small chance). It's easy do to it a day or two, but when you do this for 2 weeks without any day off, i'm pretty sure they are messed. I know the group stage was finished on 25, so they have just a day to transportation everything on palace ukraine, mount it, test it, etc. Every one from this event - talents, players, stuff make a big effort and we need to respect that. This kind of situation it's applied for any kind of big event, not just esport. Lets respect and encourage this people, so they will try them best for us.
