I don’t believe he was asked a direct question about what his foreign policy would be. IIRC he only brought up foreign policy as part of an anecdote, saying that Oprah told him he would need to “bone up” on the issue.

At any rate even if he didn’t provide specifics on what his foreign policy would be that doesn’t mean he cannot have an overarching message or vision in general, and common themes in his personal philosophy.

Your whole objection seems like an attempt to frame a gotcha question about something Kanye didn’t even expand upon. The vast majority of this podcast didn’t even touch politics and he was never asked to commit to policy as if it were a formal debate.
