You're only 16 you will grow into your looks, HOWEVER... Things that can be improved on mate:
Get some emotion in your face. The cold stare isn't a warming invite to approach you.
Shit eyebrows very hard to improve them as you can't just tell them to grow. They're very sparse and messy the only thing you can really do is represent them and clean up the stray hairs just on top of the eyelid.
Get the middle mole removed off your lip, it really takes away from you. Very simple procedure, advise it heavily.
You have an extremely nice face structure which will only improve as you grow.
This ones the biggest one. If you haven't realized yet asian hair is very hard to manage (Spikey when short, falls flat when long FUCK), I've tried many styles over the years etc and I can advise you to get this sort of cut.
What the fuck is this image? The green is your approx skull shape from what I can gather. The colours indicate the cut length you should always be getting.
Reasoning is your skull shape and hair type doesn't support a standard western haircut (If you live in a western country then you will realize the cuts nearly always look fucked up on asians) This is because they are used to giving the standard short side long top types to you know, the general populus.
This is very close to short sides long top, however because your hair is spiky you need to adjust it to something similar to the image, also your skull has very odd sides so you need to find where the skull starts to curve in and that's where you start going medium. Also start to experiment with product, see if you like clay/wax/gel/spray etc, see what works with you. The haircut I've provided is a very easy maintenance one and isn't some weird asian goku weird shit.
