17.2.1 Balance Patch Planned for Early Next Week

The Rogue Secret package nerf is also very unnecessary (See all the GM lists who run Frozen Shadowweavers, Faceless Corruptors over it).

Was it actually "unnecessary" though? If the goal of the game is to be fun, then I think nerfing it was correct. The secret package may not have been the strongest, but it was very degenerate and unfun to be on the receiving end of. Scrap Imp isn't being nerfed because Zoo is OP, Scrap Imp is being nerfed because he creates a toxic play experience.

Being perfectly honest, Hanaar is the most tilting card to me in the entire format (even more-so than Scrap Imp TBH). I hate that card so much, it really doesn't matter whether the card is or isn't "meta" against DH/Warrior, it's just unfun and anything that makes it played less than whatever its current play-rate is a good thing in my opinion. If you're going to respond about playing around the card, just don't. I do not care. I do not like green eggs and ham, period.

Pure Paladin jumping from dumpster to tier 1 is something I'd be extremely skeptical of though. The deck is a LOT better with a very strong 1-drop you want to mulligan for, but the gap between the dumpster and tier 1 is very very wide. The deck will win more games now since it could perform quite well with a "curvestone" type line of play as well as having some value generation but I'm skeptical it has the tools to deal with a Warrior who pops off hard for instance.
