17 year old brutally assaulted by police officer after complying and requesting his mother be on scene, after his friend is pulled over for a license plate light out. Cops attempt to delete video

Notice the absence of police officers in the video... because the user made it up to get upvotes and cause a stir.

This video screams "fake" to me and I don't believe it at all.

First of all no cops are shown. Both kids call attention to the camera so it's clear they're not trying to hide it, why did they not get the officers on video? Were they really able to set up a perfect camera angle to observe all the action in the backseat but yet somehow unable to get any footage of the actual officers?

Second of all source is important people. The video only appears on liveleak.com, The Free Thought Project, and Infowars, the website of Alex Jones (who is insane). Oh, it also appears on youtube under the user "cop logic". Ok. I was taught in 9th grade to analyze sources for biased but somehow 5000 people have upvoted this and I haven't seen anyone call attention to how sketchy this is. So let's assume this was real. The girl was clearly able to post her video since we're watching it now right? Excellent! So why does it only appear on sketchy conspiracy websites and on youtube posted by an account with a username that suggest an obvious biased against police? Why didn't the girl go to the media with it and why hasn't it appeared on a more reputable news site? At the very least we could expect it to appear on the girls personal youtube account, not one that focuses explicitly on police abuses of power.

Third, there is absolutely no supporting evidence attached to this video. No reputable news site has reported on it, no proof of arrest, no actual visual on the "officers" present at the scene. Again, if the girl was able to post her video we would expect it to be available under different circumstances, not solely on sites known for biased against law enforcement. Next, proof of arrest is incredibly easy to obtain yet we have none. All county websites have links to the judicial records of anyone arrested within the county so if the kid was actually arrested this would be easy to retrieve. And last but not least, seriously no visual on the officers? Girl was able to set up her camera to get a perfect angle on the backseat but didn't take the time to record the officers. Weird huh?

This looks like an incredibly fake submission and I'm really upset that it's received so much attention and so few people have questioned it.

I love proof of cops abusing their power as much as anyone, but fake submissions like this only serve to discredit real examples when they're found.
