I don’t know a an old Air Force. Much to my surprise my time in service has garnered no time in conflict zones. I’m not saying you’re wrong. This is the time we live in.

If we face a neer peer, some will thrive, some will get people hurt.

I hope with all of my being that the times where firing someone who is ineffective will get fired way before they get someone hurt. Even if that’s me.

My eyes and ears are open. That’s all I can do sir/ma’am. I did not choose to be picked up at any rank.

I don’t just look up. I look laterally, across the E-O line, and down, for guidance.

I hope in crunch time I make the right decision.

People who care will make a mark on people who get picked up. Whether they themselves get picked up. I need you. Please help guide my hand so I make the right decision when the time comes.
