17yo Fatigued all the time - High Red Blood Cell count, doctor not worried

My apologies - what do you mean by recall the arrhythmia? Do you mean recall experiencing it before it was tested for? Because if so then yes, I'd noticed palpitations for years before I ended up seeing my physician.

No chemical exposure from construction, no burning rubber/plastics. Only chemical exposure I ever had was Natural Gas, but not for long enough to be worth elaborating on, building was evacuated pretty fast.

My CMP does not have an anion gap on it, but it also doesn't have a Bicarbonate value either, so I can't use that calculator to figure out what mine is. If it's helpful, here is the complete CMP results from my blood work, nothing left out, ranges and units included:

Glucose, Fasting: 93 (56 - 145 MG/DL)
BUN: 10

Creatinine: 1.13
Sodium: 137
Potassium, Serum/Plasma: 4.0
Choride: 104
CO2: 26

Total Protein: 7.0

Albumin: 4.4
