[19m] Family and few friends say that im not as bad as i think, I disagree, be honest.

You are very overweight which makes you look very unattractive and also unhealthy. You need to lose weight, for your own sake. You will not only look manlier after removing all this fat that hides your features, but you will also feel better and happier.

The best way to lose weight is by eating less food. You need to eat significantly less calories than you do right now in order to lose this weight. You can look up how many calories is in any food, but here's a hint - sodas, sweets, cakes, snacks, donuts, fast food - all are high in calories and sugar. It's all about eating less calories so that you start burning all of this excess fat all over your body. Exercise will help you burn additional calories, but you simply cannot lose weight by exercising while eating the exact same way, it is just slow and unreliable. Remember, you simply have to eat SIGNIFICANTLY less food, therefore you can even lose weight by eating McDonald's, but it's not a very good idea, don't do that. Your best bet would be eating more salads (no dressings on the salad, probably no meat on it either) and lean meat (think boneless, skinless chicken breasts), as well as a small amount of fruit. Eat food that is fresh and clean, and eat it in small portions. If you can, walk home from work. Look up any exercise on the internet that will make you sweat and do as much of it as you can. If you are sweating, that's a good sign.

Have realistic expectations. It took you a really long time to accumulate all of this fat, it is only fair it takes a long time to remove it. Do not give up and stay on your diet. Only cheat ONE DAY OF THE WEEK, if you absolutely must. It's better not to. It will take a very long time, but if you keep at it, you will start noticing changes.

Stop making excuses. You can always eat less and you can always exercise in some form. Recognize that it's your own fault you are overweight. It was not genetics, it was not some medical condition, it was you constantly overeating for years.

Hopefully one day you will post photos of your successful results on here. Good luck!
