Assuming you want to OC because of Z97 mobo, 4690k, and aftermarket cpu cooler. Chose a cheaper motherboard that's more than enough for your needs. Cheaper, better ram that can be overclocked slightly. Chose the Samsung 850 evo for a better quality ssd. Saved enough money to upgrade to a much better R9 390. Changed to a cheaper psu. Slightly over budget, but will perform much much better with the 390.
