How much time do you have? I think I started outlining after thanksgiving as well. It took a full day of work - say 10-12 hours - to complete one outline.

Better question to ask is - do you need to create an outline? Can you get an outline from a 2L or 3L who had your professors for that same class within the last year or two?

Best way to succeed on law school exams (imo) - is practice tests. You still have time to knock out a bunch of those. Find a good outline (or create your own, you DO still have time if you bust your butt between now and exams) and then prioritize doing practice exams. If you don't have time to do both - do practice exams.
