Hi, New user here, signed up due to great reviews online, but so far it's been frustrating and I'll need to figure out the basics before I pay for a subscription. Is there a guide somewhere that tells how to use the android app?
"Add your favourite items here for quick access." But none of the buttons on the favourites page allow you to add anything, nor do they offer any explanation of how to.
How do you create a new password on the Android app? If you go to Reddit on Chrome, and enter a user name and password using the 1password keyboard, nothing is saved so far as I can tell. So I tried typing in my info then pushing the little keyhole button instead, and then had to enter my master. At which point it tells me that "no matching login was found." Oh, but I can "open 1password to create a new login..." so I do that, and it brings me back to the favourites page, which also does nothing. And nowhere is there a button or link to "create a new login."
Anyway, it is frustrating, if there is a guide for Android devices let me know, I'll keep trying.
