tbh I doubt it. The Weapons on the Majestic and Farragut class have always been classified to the public, doesn't mean they are equipped with secret Anti-Thargoid weaponry and equipment.

Several months ago Admiral Aden Tanner made a statement on a Galnet article saying that Field Neutralizers equipped on capital ships were ineffective against the Thargoid's EMP basically saying that the Thargoids would use the EMP pulses simultaneously against larger human ships, However that was several months ago so perhaps Aegis or the powers have developed a effective countermeasure since but I think if that was the case we would be seeing fleet deployments from the Empire and Federation to protect the core worlds given the latest attacked system was less than 150Ly from Sol (iirc).
