Since you asked nicely, I'll explain this entire engagement as this was during my time there. These two were were picked up by an unarmed contractor scan eagle, which is the video source. They were on an "L" shaped road outside of a ANA outpost. People in the village contacted ANA about an imminent attach taking place. The two in the video emplaced an IED on "L" shaped road leading to the outpost after being dropped off by 2 motos. They then began walking towards the ANA check point which is slightly further east in the video. An AF RPA was called in by the TF's JTAC and Ground CC's intent was to neutralize these two. The scan eagle has an analog zoom and flies at 3-5k AGL. They maintained custody of target, AF RPA watched their feed to conduct target handover and struck with an R2 direct and detonated the suicide vest on the left most pax, which can clearly be seen in the video. The right PAX suicide vest did not detonated initially and ANA just shot the body until it did. That's most of what I remember when watching this strike live. Take it with a grain of salt as I have seen thousands of strike between here, Syria, and Iraq.
