You're wrong, and I am pretty factually correct on that.

Even if you "Exercise" that only increases your maintenance. E.G Someone who sits around all day might have a 1500 calorie maintenance, and someone who runs 5 miles a day might have a 2500 calorie maintenance...If that person that runs 5 miles wants to lose weight, they still need to eat under that maintenance, meaning eat less than 2500 and "calorie cutting".

It is functionally impossible to out train a bad diet.
