I’m not here brag or anything so please don’t hate on me if it is not appropriate to post this here. I am about to graduate from high school and have a few thousand dollars in savings. My parents pay for pretty much everything, like food and stuff so my spending is next to nothing, and almost all the money I’ve earned if’s from working.

This sub really puts money into perspective for me, as my job earning a bit more than 20$/hr doesn’t really allow me to appreciate the harsh situations others are in.

Again, I apologize if I come off as a big braggy, but I thank you all in this sub for being so supportive of each other and showing me how tough it is in the real world. I’m about to go to university and I’ve got pretty good financial management skills, but I’m still a bit nervous of having so much responsibility.
