Not sure if you think it'd be good to overclock it I wouls but still not sure the pros/cons of overclocking or if there are any beside the cost.

Well, for the PC I would like to be able to run high settings on Ark, and have enough storage for 30 or so games and also other software. The monitor doesn't need to be 4k but would like at least 27". OS I would like Windows. For the Keyboard, I really like Razer but if you know any better keyboards please put that.
Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
Doesn't really matter to me but, LED lighting is a bonus and white casing would be nice.
