Overclockable CPU to keep it relevant longer, SLI capable motherboard and big PSU to be able to add a second GTX 1070 down the line to play in 4K in the upcoming releases, and a single GTX 1070 now that can handle 1440p on all games, and 4K on Blizzard titles.

I wouldn't really spend more unless you have specific uses, like need 64GB of RAM / huge CPU for professional video edit, or intend to play in 4K right away.
