corporations pay the exact same income taxes people do. thus corporations pay 30% taxes on profits. then they distribute those profits and the share holders pay the dividend taxes.

thus rich people pay way more taxes as a percentage of profits than workers!

because rich people not only pay income taxes on the profits inside corporations but also the dividend and capital gains outside the corporation! rich people are effectively paying way more taxes than the brackets suggest they would because they pay a lot of taxes most commoners do not account for! this is why we recently have seen a spike in ceo pay because it is cheaper for a compnay to pay the ceo and have the ceo pay only income taxes instead of paying the ceo with dividends and havign the ceo pay income taxes on the profits inside the company and pay dividend taxes on the dividends.
