2011 Chevy Camaro LS rear caliper bracket mounting bolts

So the factory bolts maybe TTY and one time only, that doesn't mean you HAVE to use TTY bolts as replacements. As long as the torque applied is enough to keep the clamping force together then you're good. It's not like these are in tension when loaded, they're in sheer.

Replacing TTY with non-TTY is done all the time. I've honestly never heard of TTY on brake caliper bolts in my 30 years of wrenching on cars, but I never was a licensed mechanic. TTY in engines sure, but for a caliper mounting bolt, seems excessive. Grade 10.9 metric or Grade 8 SAE, blue loctite, done. Never seen or even heard of one failing yet in that application; even in extreme conditions.
