2015 Post-Season Review: Fremantle

What was the defining moment of the season for this club?

The loss to Hawks in Tasmania. When the cards came crashing down.

Which players stood out/showed massive improvement this year?

Fyfe, Mundy and Walters stood out.

Massive Improvement - Lachie Neale made massive strides this season. Dude has an amazing work ethic so look forward to him having a uninterrupted pre-season unlike last year. Sheridan also seems to have solidified his spot in the 22 and he got a cuddle from Ross Lyon so top season for him. Alex Pearce and Tabs looked decent as well. Should be shooting for best 22 next season.

What was this club's pass rate, and did they make it? Premiership so no. Minor premiership is nice and all but with the finals campaign we set up not making it is a massive let down.

What was the best part of the season for this club?

Opening winning streak.

Which players are you most disappointed to see leave the club?

Luke Mcpharlin and Paul Duffield. I think in the end Luke retiring now is for the best. I love the dude and he is still great even at his age. The problem is he has missed out on more finals than he has played due to injury. So its better for Freo to put game time into Alex Pearce, Tanner Smith and now Sam Collins who are more likely to be able to play finals.

What stopped Fremantle from seriously challenging for the flag?

Shitty disposal and lack of forward options.

How reliant do you think the Dockers were on their ageing champions, and how well-equipped are they for life after them?

Pavlich is still essential which is a problem. Freo are less reliant on Sandi these days, used to be no Sandi no Freo. Better these days but he is still important.
