2018 Audi RS 3 Sedan Coming to America with 400hp

I disagree, the GTI's interior is sub-par for the price point.

First, the infotainment screen is no where near eye-level which means you have to keep looking down while driving to see it. Audi, Mercedes, BMW and even Seat did it right. I'm not sure why they couldn't have just put the screen ontop of the dashboard like everyone else. Heck, they actually did it with the VW Up!

Second, the seat options in the Golf are rubbish. Both the standard upholstery and leather options are ugly. Why can't we have some of that nice quilted leather?

Third, the GTI interior is unnecessarily busy and is crammed full of buttons, switches, etc. You do not need a button for radio, and another button for phone, or info, or media - just use a dial like in the A3/A series/1 series.

If I'm going to fork out £30,000/$37,000 for a GTI, or £34,000/$42,000 for a Golf R - the interior has to live up to expectations. In comparison, an S3 is £34,000/$42,000 base, and has a much better interior for the same price point.
