Screaming bird-mouth is better than the original beaks, but I honestly prefer the revised beaked-Acura fascias to the current ones.

The upper diagonals of the screaming grille look odd to me (I'd like 'em vertical), the grille in general looks a bit too big (though I suppose that's industry-standard now), but the thing I'm properly baffled by is the almost-but-clearly-not-parallel alignment of those upper diagonals and the headlight edges; it's a little thing, but it just bugs me, like having wheels that "spiral" in different directions on either side of the car.

Just my 2c. I see where they were going with the grille, but it's a miss for me.
