Broke down and did it

I usually go into these things focusing on offense, but the way the board went this year I didn't see much value in it so I spent more resources on a coaching staff that will coach up the guys I got. Team turned out super young with some holes on the interior of each line.

Kliff Kingsbury will be the playcaller, while Munchak will be the o-line coach. Kingsbury is known for his 4 wide sets, but last year in AZ didn't have the personnel to do that an updated his offense to fit it. He'll have to do it for my team as well, as Godwin is the only stud that we have. I like Tua with Kliff since both are good at working with average o-lines, and Tua is good at avoiding sacks and extending plays with his legs. But I got Tyrod to hold it down if/when Tua gets hurt and if he's not ready to play right away

Most resources in next years draft will go to getting another WR (Renfrow is decent and Campbell is a question), and upgrades at the interior of the offensive line. Both my tackles have first-round pedigree so I will probably ride them for a few years before thinking about replacing them. Probably another ILB as well. I feel like most of my defense is set beyond that, as the secondary speaks for itself. The interior of the d-line is a place I might give some resources too, but Tillery has pedigree and Rankins does as well. Another situation where I bought low and hope to see some turnaround.

Also, I have so many RBs for a few reasons. Cohen will mainly be a slot guy and do returns, not a ton of carries. Guice and Anderson are super talented and are basically health bets. McKinnon is similarly a health bet and has receiving ability. RoJo will backup Guice and can step in to start when some of these guys inevitably get hurt. I like all these guys and KK opens up the running game at an incredible rate, giving guys light boxes.

Basically, this team is super young and features a decent amount of "buy-low" candidates. Hakeem Butler, Tillery, Jonah Williams, Isaiah Oliver, Josh Jackson, etc. If they hit, that's wonderful. If not, we have time to re-calculate as our window to compete isn't open yet. Hoping it ages well, we shall see
