I get what you mean, but that's not happening. A lot of that was the 120 intentional walks, and that's basically out of the question. (It's doubtful he'd be given that many passes if he'd done the same today, with IBBs only half as common as they were in the 90s and early 00s. One of the consequences of learning just how valuable a walk really is.)

Bonds when not being intentionally walked the year he had a .609 OBP: .515 OBP. Still ridiculous of course.

That plus his 162-game average of 32 IBBs as a Giant before he's suspected of steroid use (1993-8): .544.

Even Bonds was getting to .600+ on managerial decisions. Unless Soto starts hitting like roided-up Bonds, there's just no chance. .514 and .544 are doubtful enough.
