There are a couple of things going on here. You executed an MDD for the two personal cards (perhaps accidentally). If you get approved for the Plus card today, you can get both personal card bonuses. But I believe you would have to push the application through to approval today.

The other thing is I believe your Plus application is your third Chase application within the last 30 days. Chase will typically only approve two cards in a 30 day period. So chances are that you will be denied for the Plus.

It's up to you whether you want to call to try to get the Plus application approved today or just let it go through the process and probably be denied.
