I'm trying, but all the factors are working out that it looks like I won't be able to get my license this summer either. Father's car is broken/won't pass the inspection at the start of the test, it is illegal to use a rental car for the driver's test in my state, my mother claims her car is broken (but she bought it last month, she has her own issues), my friends aren't able to help for their own reasons (including two other cars that are broken or won't pass inspection), a driving school nearby that lets people use their car for the driving test (it's legal to take the test through a driving school) has no more openings for road tests for the summer (and that's my fault, I was late to ask), my father hasn't been teaching me how to drive because his job exhausts him, my mother isn't really a part of my life she went away when I was 16, my friends are busy with jobs or living in a different location now, so I don't have anyone to even just at least practice with. It really hurts.
