I don’t have any recent videos but that was at 150lbs 1.5 years ago. I lift at home now (well not for the last 2 weeks as I’m feeling depressed). When I did go to a public gym, I remember anyone who I asked to spot me compliment my form (this included a pro bodybuilder)
Before the pandemic, I ran Reddit PPL and then nSuns. Stopped lifting during lockdown until I got my home gym. Then I did nSuns until I couldn’t progress anymore. I switched to SBS Hypertrophy and I hit rep PRs the first and second week. From there, I continued getting weaker and missing my AMRAPs.
I’m going to start SBS Hypertrophy again tomorrow after two weeks off. Btw I really push myself too so it’s not like I’m not training hard enough. For example for squats, I go until my legs are shaking and I know I can’t get another rep.
Here my numbers (3 weeks ago first week of sbs Hypertrophy)
Squat: 145lbs x 17
Deadlift: 235lbs x 14
Bench: 110lbs x 14
OHP: 65 x 13
