21 y/o Cane's shift manager dies in armed robbery in Kenner

Sure you did. You equated certain communities to dogs being kept in shitty conditions to a large number of criminals in urban areas being African-american. As if it makes any sense to compare mistreated dogs to disadvantaged people.

Dogs don't make decisions, at least not like people do. Dogs are driven by instinct. They don't have "free will" in the manner people do.

It takes thought to decide to stab a young girl in the chest and force her to open her employer's safe, and then stab her 7 more times after she gives you what you want.

You have to make a choice to shoot into a child's birthday party in an attempt to kill an adult or to shoot at someone carrying a baby. Or to shoot someone at all.

I don't think decent schools have anything to do with that decision making. New Orleans schools are far better than they were pre-Katrina yet we still see 12-17 year olds shooting and robbing people. There is a bigger problem here than schools and recreation not being up to par. I'm sure someone will be around shortly to tell me about my white privilege though.
