i think i can relate to what you're feeling.

i don't wanna offer solutions because i don't believe in any, but one thing that i'd want you to do is to just write down your thoughts. let them all out. just keep writing, keep scribbling on a piece of paper or even on your phone.

i feel that you should atleast know your thoughts, and try to understand where they're coming from. writing helps me do that.

if you don't like writing you could just speak them on a voice recorder on your phone, but you need to verbalise them. make them real and understand them so they don't have power over you.

anyways, i'm 22 and might be in a similar phase as you are, so if you feel like you need to talk to someone, i won't mind the message.
