Sounds like you are posting this to get some assurance and validation due to your guilty conscience that's creeping up. I get you posted you got kicked out twice but left out the details as well. You have two options:

A) You can do nothing and let your mom struggle however that may be, if you can live with yourself with this decision without regrets.

B) You can draw a line and let her know she can't stay with you what-so-ever, but you'll assist her finding a room in a local motel until more permanent living situation and sort out her stuff, etc.

Immature Kids here will tell you, "leave that bitch who kicked you out twice!!" But can you really turn your back against someone who raised you throughout your life however rocky the relationship may have been?

Btw, eviction is against the law since eviction ban was extended to Oct 3rd. Maybe you should let her know about that.
