I 22F quit my job because I didn’t want to be involved in a workplace affair. I need advice.

Possibly. I don’t want to work in a work place that treats women like that. I already hinted to my boss about some people being unprofessional in the workplace and sexual harassment before leaving.

He just kept saying, “why can’t you just work and not focus on it?” Because I get annoyed by a girl who can’t even legally drink staring at me my whole shift and following the male coworker around like a toddler. Then going near me and flirting.

I have no idea why they’d put us on the same line anyways. I believe they moved her because she was starting conflict with other employees. It’s predominantly an immigrant job and I believe SOME of the immigrants were terrorizing employees they thought were American-born.

Some of them cannot speak English and that’s one of the few jobs they could get. In addition, a sign said family members were allowed to work together. Some of the employees gang up on other employees and try and make them look bad.

I didn’t even bother arguing with the boss and supervisor. I called them creepy old men and left. There’s no way they didn’t know she was being manipulative.
