22m mysterious progressing weakness please help

Please help me - 21m ALS

I lied sorry. My pain is mental.

About a year ago I started getting an ache in the middle of my foot after walking for even 1 minute. Then I started getting fasiculations which became concentrated on that leg (my thigh specifically). There a time when I started getting nerve pain and weird sensation's on my right side.

This time passed and I don't really get nerve pains anymore. But my weakness and atrophy started. My whole right side is considerably smaller and there is less muscle there and it feels like jelly, I tense my legs and there is a huge difference in size and feel.

This side is very weak and fatigues after a few seconds. I walk on it and it aches and hurts - the muscle pain. I have less range of motion and way more clumsiness in my right side. I try to spin a pen with my left hand and it's fine, then I try my right and I can hardly do it and keep dropping it, it's so stiff. I compared how much and how fast each finger could move and my right is way more limited.

All my muscles shake and tremble when doing anything small and after I finish I am hit with fasiculations on my right side and sometimes left 90% right 10% left.

I also got a cough for 6 weeks and having trouble swallowing things and feel like I'm choking from saliva.

As well as postural tremor and constant tremor with my hear beat causing my to sway backwards and forwards.

I'm also having some bathroom and erection problems, Like I need to go very quickly after any small drink but then cannot start.

I have out of control psoriasis on my right eyebrow and vitiligo on my right side too, This made me think autoimmune but I have 2 clean MRIs.

My clinical gave told me I had brisk reflexes and Hoffman sign as well as clonus and spastic right leg.

I asked him if I had ALS but he said that I don't. I have every single symptom and it's only getting worse every week.

I'm waiting for an appointment in February but having so much trouble with these symptoms and can hardly move around without muscle weakness and fatigue.

Do you think this could be anything except ALS? I can't take this anymore
