23M Eyes are blurry and tired all the time

NAD

Same thing happened to me (24). I was spending lots of time in front of the screen and my eyes went blurry. Also never went out in the daylight as my sleep schedule was stuffed up as well. It got to the point where when I did start going out and finally realised my vision was bad I couldn't distinguish facial features from across a street (30-50 metres away. I went to the Eye doctor and he said they were permanently damaged by old age. I was so upset at the thought. I started slowly going out during the day and eventually my vision went back to normal. I went to the eye doctor a year later (early this year) and they said that my vision had significantly improved and that I had really good eye sight.

Anyway I am no doctor and there is a really good chance that your situation could be way different but that was just my experience. Eyes are a muscle and if you don't use it you lose it.
