24 years old. Almost 200k a year. Two kids. Engaged. Not happy.

It sounds like you feel trapped.

If there's something in your life that you have or that you're trying to attain, and you can't let go of that desire, then that desire owns you. From your post, it sounds like you're willing to give up a lot of your "luxuries." This is good.

Think about what you really, REALLY want to have/attain in life, and then start crossing the dispensable things off of that list. The more things you're willing to give up, the more possibilities exist for your life. For example: you want a sailboat. You work a job you don't like with good pay so you can afford said sailboat. If you can't give up the sailboat, you can't give up working the job that will allow you to have a sailboat.

It sounds like your priorities are in order. All that remains is to take some action and break some ties. Figure out what in your life are actually essential, like your fiancée and kids. Make sure these things are on solid ground, and let go of the rest so you can discover possibilities for a life that's more meaningful to YOU.
